Facility Rental

Located on Lake Sybelia, just outside bustling downtown Orlando, Audubon Center for Birds of Prey provides a unique venue and location to create memorable experiences for your special event or meeting.  Located on a 3-acre sanctuary in the heart of Maitland, host your event among some of nature’s top predators including Eagles, Owls, Hawks, and other birds of prey that will leave you and your guests with a lasting impression.

The Center is an idyllic landscape for corporate holiday meetings or gatherings, award ceremonies, fundraising events, or small dinner/afterhours gatherings.  Pricing starts at $300 for a two-hour block during normal business hours in the historic Audubon house or outdoors at the Gazebo overlooking Lake Sybelia.

Celebrate your birthday with the birds with our Birthday Package. This 2-hour gazebo rental includes Center admission for your guests and a meet and great with one of our resident birds for $400. See our flyer for more details

The Center is also available to host intimate weddings. Nestled within a natural setting with tall shade trees is the large historic home, built in the early 1920s. A large porch sits at the front of the Audubon house with stairs leading into the grassy lawn, providing a dramatic entry for an honoree or bride.  The grassy area can seat up to 75 guests. A ceremony can also be held on the gazebo for a more intimate wedding of 45 guests. The long walkway to the gazebo provides a unique entrance.  Contact us for more specific pricing and details for your event needs.

The Center, part of the Audubon Florida network, has been protecting Florida’s birds and natural resources for over 100 years.
