Connecting People to Nature
Raptor Camp 2018
The Audubon Center for Birds of Prey works to protect eagles and other raptors and their habitats. Center programs include wildlife rehabilitation and research, conservation education and outreach initiatives, and Eaglewatch – a citizen science program monitoring nearly 30% of the states Bald Eagles. As an education Center in Central Florida, Audubon reaches a diverse audience including both children and adults. Connecting people to nature, the Center reaches 25,000 people annually through programs, special events and visits to the Center.
